    Company produces defective products and did not honor a refund request after stating in writing that they would.

    Following up on our email communication of June 5, 2025, you purchased Shield Arms products from a retail location.  Since the retailer took your payment,they have the funds and process to provide a refund.   You informed us the retailer declined to provide a refund.

    Given you were having problems with our product, we offered to work with you on a warranty basis. You declined. Therefore, Shield Arms offered to provide $120 store credit.  You declined.

    Should you decide to reconsider that decision and reach out to us, Shield Arms would still be happy to provide you with $120 store credit.

    The refund was offered to me by your customer service representative after I had already provided the purchase location, and then was later recanted. Dont try to skew the truth. As I mentioned, I am not interested in a store credit that would only allow me to obtain more of your defective products.
