Refund and Exchange Policy

Our K-12 Christian Academy and courses/ tutoring session may be registered for online, by phone or in person.. Once limits are reached, a waitlist is started. All  courses must be paid in full prior to the start of the course. Any registration or application fees will be forfeited without full payment.

Course Cancellation:
If Abundance Educational Institute cancels a course, any student registered for that course has the option of transferring into another course or requesting a refund. Refunds are issued within 2-3 weeks of cancellation.
Course Withdrawal
Prior Notification Refundable Amount
There will be No Refunds of tuition if you are dismissed from the program / Session; do not meet the program requirements, or you drop out of the program without notice.
Students who withdraw from a class up through the first day of class will receive a 100% refund minus a non-refundable seat deposit and the cost of supplies.
Any student who withdraws from the a program  after the first two complete classes will receive a 50% refund if the student follows the current withdrawal policy and found with reasonable cause.
Any student who drops out after the third complete class will not receive any refund and will be responsible for the unpaid balance for the program.
Any student who fails the program and is terminated is responsible for all unpaid balances for the program.
Once a student receives their books they become the property of the student, and the institute does not accept merchandise returns nor make refunds for books. If a student loses a book it is his or her responsibility to purchase a replacement book.
Refunds are based on the last date of verifiable attendance and refunds will be issued within 30 days of notification of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Procedure
A student wishing to withdraw from the program shall notify the Program Director of intent and provide reason(s) for withdrawal.
Course Withdrawal for Short-Length Classes

Students who withdraw from a class up to seven (7) days or more from the start of the class will receive a 100% refund.
A student who withdraws from a class less than seven (7) days from the start of the class will not receive a refund.
Any student who fails the program and is terminated is responsible for all unpaid balances for the program.
If you register for a course or tutoring services, you are responsible for payment whether or not you attend. Do not assume you will be withdrawn from a course if you do not pay. Refund appeals will only be considered for the following extraordinary circumstances:
Illness documented by a physician’s certificate
