    My home was renovated in 2023-2024 and since then our power bills were sky high in the summer time. 2-4x previous bills for the same months. I knew something was wrong and had a suspicion that the multiple contractors that were in the home had damaged the ductwork and that we were effectively cooling an attic space. It would take several hours to cool only a few degrees.
    I asked 2 different companies, plus the GC to investigate. All said “they didn’t find anything” and that it was probably just the age of the units for a lack of efficiency. The hvac guys wanted to sell me new units + air handlers.
    I didn’t give up and was happily put in touch with Daniel and his team. Not only did they find crushed and broken ductwork in the attic, but found the contractors had rerouted two air returns into a single box, which is a huge problem.
    They effectively 2-3x the efficiency of my units by doing the investigative work and then fixing it. He evaluated my units, acknowledged their age, but put in the effort to actually diagnose the real problem instead of trying to make a quick buck on me.
    He did everything at a more than fair price. He’s earned my business for life. Would give 10 stars if I could.
