            In Late June 2021 Quality Outdoor Products of Terry, Ms. agreed to install a shed for my new camper saying it shouldn’t be longer than 3 months. On March 17,2022 they finally got it done. Unbeknownst to me they anchored it inadequately. 2 weeks later a strong wind came through, uprooted the inadequate anchors they used and blew it over on my new camper doing substantial damage to my camper. The camper was insured minus the deductible. The shed I found out was not because it was 165 feet from my home 15 feet farther than my home insurance policy provided. I paid Quality Outdoor products $5,238.75 for the shed and $925 to their installer. Someone offered to remove the unsightly damaged shed if they could have the remains which I agreed to because Quality Outdoor Products wouldn’t admit to they being at fault because of the inadequate anchors they used. They only offered to charge me substantially more to come fix it. They undoubtedly care nothing for customer satisfaction.

            Can’t really give accurate review, since I have been waiting a little over 3 months. Just wondering when will I ever get my carport shed installed? Understand about the pandemic and all, but things are kinda easing up. And the deposit is non refundable
