Refund and Exchange Policy

We have a STANDARD REPLACEMENT WARRANTY OF 30 DAYS on allparts. If within 30 days a mechanical part is defective, the customer shallpromptly notify Lamar Auto Salvage, who will, within a reasonable time, replacethe mechanical part or refund the purchase price. Seller is NOT responsible forany incidental or consequential damages or loss, “NO LABOR WARRANTY ORREIMBURSEMENT”. No returns on altered, disassembled, broke or overheated parts.“No returns on Electrical or special order parts.”

When we sell an EXTENDED WARRANTY to a customer it isgenerally defined as one of the following:

6 MONTHS PARTS ONLY = Replace or Refund Purchase Price on Part, at sellers discretion. No Labor Coverage implied or provided.
6 MONTHS PARTS AND LABOR = Replace or Refund Purchase Price on Part, at owners discretion; and labor to remove and replace the part at Lamar Auto Salvage. No other Coverage is implied or provided.
ONE YEAR PARTS AND LABOR = same as #2 except for one year.
The Extended Warranty normally only covers one part and or labor replacement during the warranty period purchased.
