            On September 13, 2022, I purchased a transmission from AAA Salvage and Parts in *********, **. On the date of purchase the sales person *****, got my make, model, year, and VIN# to pull the correct transmission. AAA Salvage had the transmission that they sold me, delivered to the shop that's repairing the car. Once the shop E&E automotive shop received and put the transmission, they notice after installing it, that it was not the correct transmission for the car. Due to AAA Salvage selling the wrong transmission and ***** automotive installing this, I am being charged a fee for a problem that they have brought about. Now that this labor has been paid for I also have to pay to have the wrong transmission taken out, due to AAA Salvage selling and sending the wrong transmission. AAA Salvage is not working fully to rectify this situation. ***** automotive requires $****** to install and ****** to remove the same transmission that was the wrong transmission that AAA Salvage sent. I still need the correct transmission for my car, AAA Salvage has taken $1,015.00 from me for a transmission that is not for my car/not correct. I need them to take this transmission I paid the $1,015.00 for as well as the money for the extra fees that AAA Salvage has made occur at E&E automotive.

            I brought a use tire from this business 8mos ago and it was dry rotted so they have given me a written receipt on a business card to return to get another one but every time, I go up there they never have my tire and an excuse is always comes up why they don't have a tire...I went to AAA Salvage on March 1st 2022 and he told to call back around 1:30 or 2pm because his guys was out for lunch and I told him I needed today because I was having knee surgery on the 2nd of March and wouldn't be able to come til my knee get better but when I call back another excuse was said and this doesn't make no sense at all. I wanted was another tire...I just wanted to write this to let this company know that it shouldn't take 8mos to get a tire a customer purchase. Which was purchased in July of 2021.
