My garage door broke and I called and within 1 hour someone was at my house. **** was funny, helpful and very knowledgeable. He even gave me ideas on how to help prevent a break again. I would recommend them to anyone who needs helpDixie Door Company, LLC Response

One of the best experiences with a service provider I have had in a long time, extending from the initial phone contact, the scheduling, the actual service, and even to post service help for a non service issue. **** was extremely professional and his knowledge of the subject matter is awesome - but to me, much more importantly - he was willing and able to explain and share that information.I give Dixie Door my highest recommendations!Dixie Door Company, LLC Response

Came out the same day my spring broke and repaired my garage door. Repaired some minor issues and only charged me for the springs. Did not try to up-sale for items that I did not need. Great experience and would definitely would recommend.Dixie Door Company, LLC Response

I called Dixie Door at 8:00 am on Monday morning two weeks ago to repair a broken spring. At 8:20 am, a very friendly and courteous technician arrived. By 9:00 am he was totally complete. He not only replaced both springs, but he replaced 4 cracked hinges, tightened my chain, adjusted the travel distance of the door, adjusted the downward pressure sensitivity, and lubricated all hinges. I couldn't have been more pleased with his service. I believe the technician's name was *****. I highly recommend Dixie Door.Dixie Door Company, LLC Response

The Dixie doors company came out on October 21, 2022 and the technician did a terrific job in adjusting the door and getting rid of our squeaking problem.
