    I purchased a lift chair for my mother and bought an extended warranty. I filed a claim to get the chair cleaned. They sent a person that half cleaned the chair. I've been getting the run around ever since June. The last person I spoke to named ***** who's supposed to be a supervisor assured me that he'd take care of the problem. That's been 2 months ago. A friend of mine bought a ********** king size mattress from them and they sent him a king size, then refused to take it back.

    In researching the customer's review, I have found that ********************* has been working with the service company trying to help **************** resolve his claim. Our records do indicate we have been in contact with **************** within the month of October. Our conversation with **************** indicates we explained to him the process of his claim and we should have some type of settlement very soon.

    So, we purchased a bedroom set in **** with them telling us the dresser would arrive in early August. With that, we picked up the bed and nightstand. Then in early August they say the dresser will be available in September. Now I call in late August and they say "maybe" in NOVEMBER ! Point is - don't sell products you can't deliver. Had I not been deceived into thinking it would be here in August, I would have never bought the set in the first place, nor should they sell items that they can not provide !!!!!!!!!

    I purchased a queen size mattress set for about $700 dollars this last week, it was delivered this past Tuesday July 24, 2023. I took pictures because the springs in the mattress are picking out. The seam at the foot of the bed are stretched to where it will pop a lose if we sit on that end. The spring on the other corner is bent as though someone might have sat on that corner. It really looks as though it either was at on the floor as a display where everyone can come an test it out or it was a return from someone another customer. I paid too much for it to have something used. All Im asking for is replacement mattress, new and not used. If they charged me new price I should have a new product. I sent pictures but she claims that she dont see the problem. If I said that its not satisfactory why cant they do the right thing and replace it. $700 is not easy to come by and its not chump change. Someone is suppose to come to look at it tomorrow, but if they dont feel it should be changed then it wont be changed. I am a customer that shouldnt have to go through this. I would like a replacement or my money back and Ill take my business elsewhere. Am I hurt, yes I am.

    I would like to warn others about ***** *********** card services unfair interest charges on purchases and predatory lending. I purchased a product from The Great American home store. They did the financing through ***** Fargo. Well to make a long story short. I was almost finished paying ***** Fargo off with a balance of $568.00 they slapped on an additional $359.83 dollars onto my account. Making the charges go back up to ****** according to their calculations. Which is highway robbery. Whoever, heard of monthly financing charges being almost more than the balance. I will never ever do business with them or Great American home store again!!! Buyer beware!
