      I bought sofa and the delivery man threw the sofa to the concrete ground from the delivery truck. I spoke to the customer service and the reply was " if you don't hear any crack sound when you sit on the sofa, there should not be any issue". I asked for exchange. It was denied. NEVER buy any furniture from ROOMS TO GO again.

      The delivery drivers tried to deliver outside of the window of my delivery. I told them I was not there and was told they would be there between 2-6. They showed back up at 2 on the dot. I told them i was not there but I would try to get someone. I was told if I was not there in 15 they would call. I never received a call instead they left but someone had made it to meet them. I will never ever order another piece of furniture if they were the last furniture store on earth. Its the second time delivery was horrible.

      The company sells very bad quality products I bought a very expensive recliner living room set and the stitching came apart when I called the company they would not repair or replace the items even though clearly its a manufacture problem I had accidental warranty but they dont cover it because its not an accident its a manufactured problem in other words I got stuck with expensive furniture that are broken due to poor quality material used to make the product and the lady at rooms to go laughed and said there is nothing I can do very bad customer service I will no longer be buying anything from this ****** company

      I was told if left a deposit due to closing on new home that would save price and items that I wanted til I could finance. Once I go back in to finance I have a mattress I ordered that is discontinued. Of course my fault by office manager since I did not pay for item. Now my only option is to get different mattress and pay difference. Not even willing to swap out due to inconvenience. But keep telling me I saved money on the couch of like 200.00. Bet I pay more for the new mattress. Customer service is non existence at this retailer.

      I spent over $10,000 on furniture from here. I bought a mattress due to the 90 day sleep trial. I returned it. I was talked into the most expensive mattress they carry and HATE IT. Upon trying to return it, I was informed the sleep trial only was good for one exchange. This was never mentioned, and in fact, multiple sales people told me if I didn’t like my $4,500 mattress, I could simply switch it out again. Beyond misleading. On top of everything Jason and Adria (floor managers) were both incredibly rude. Misleading customers is a gross sales tactic.

      Been doing business with R2G since 2004. Always bought the warranty for potential damage. The salesmen always try to sell it and I usually just go with it. We submitted a claim, had the claims department come out and they denied our claim. They state that they aren’t at fault for color change on a fabric. However, that’s what the salesmen always state the plan covers everything. Why on earth would I pay an additionally 10 percent for my purchase and be denied for a valid claim. Crooks selling additional services, that you can’t ever use. I recommend not doing business with them period or avoid paying for additional coverage.

      I bought a mattress with a 10-year guarantee. I'd like to ask for an exchange after the corresponding inspection by a technician to verify the problem with the Mattress. I went to the store, but they only gave me a credit for $600 less than the original invoice. Now I want a Full RETURN, I do not want to do business with such management or Store. They told me to call Corporate. No more options were given.

      We bought a sectional from Rooms To Go, and a few months later it started fading. We purchased insurance, but now we are getting the runaround. This has been the worst decision of our lives. The customer service is poor. I recommend running away from them.

      Bought a couch and a recliner. After my warranty expired of course both started to fall apart. The couch started to pill all over and the cushions completely went flat. The recliner cushions also went completely flat so now its the most uncomfortable recliner Ive ever sat in. Gives me back pain. Do not buy anything from this company. I tried contacting them for help but they dont care about their products or their customers at all.

      The delivery team who facilitated my order was incredibly unprofessional in both manner and appearance, and damaged not only the table I purchased, but the wall in my living room. While assembling the sofa table, the lead installer leaned a piece of the table against the newly purchased and unwrapped chair and subsequently knocked it over. The table piece struck my wall damaging both the sheetrock and the table. To make matters worse, the delivery "professional" KNOWINGLY damaged my property and the table I just purchased, continued assembling the table and left without a word.
