      We paid $3400 for a dinning room set in cash. After payment, they told us we HAD to sign a 4+ pages document about Arbitration and Dispute plus other things. This is illegal; this is coercion. I told them they should of gave us the document first to read before payment. They said that is how they do business and I would need to call the corporation. I demanded a refund because I would not be coerce in signing said document. I was told I had to sign it to get a refund. REALLY???? There furniture must be really poor quality if they need to resort to such illegal behavior. I cannot believe no one has filed a complaint about this deliberate coercion. And to top it off it takes a couple of days to get my money back!!!!

      Rooms to go will be the only place I ever buy furniture. We had a 3 year warranty on an outdoor sofa, 4 days before the warranty expired we called in and set up an appointment and got to pick out a new one. Of course we had to buy the delivery fee and another warranty on it, but the $4000.00 sofa was completely replaced for another one and for the same amount.

      Rooms to go sells a warranty that is useless gardian. The lady asked if I read the fine print so I asked what about the print that isnt fine that you sell people on I pay for a service that I dont think I am getting my money worth will not buy from rooms to go again!

      Terrible sales & cares team!!!! They disrespect veterans and dont care to make things right! Scam artist sales team and terrible store manager whom refuses to reply to emails about poor quality furniture and returns! Make it right & fire this store manager TODAY!!!!! Do not Mr ****** continue negating the responsibility to make customers satisfied! He is terrible and needs replaced. They arent even accredited by BBB because they dont meet their standards.

      Please do not buy anything from Rooms to go! I bought a sofa July of last year along with a 4 year service contract. The sofa’s cheap frame is already cracking and making terrible noises when you sit on it. The foam in the cushions have already broken down. I paid a total of 2,000 dollars for this couch. I realize now that the quality of rooms to go furniture is terrible. Extremely poor quality. The warranty according to their customer care department doesn’t cover anything that’s wrong with my sofa. I writing this in hopes that no one will buy from them! Pay extra and get quality from a reputable furniture store. Unless you like buying furniture that only lasts for a year or two. Rooms to go does not stand behind their product at all.

      Purchased the Shaq sofa on August 30, 2025 for $3900. The speakers on the sofa were defective. Two weeks later we received a second sofa. The speakers were also defective. They sent a technician to test out the speakers and found out there was a problem with the box and the wiring on the back of the sofa. On October 22, 2025 we will be receiving a third sofa. If the speakers do not work on the sofa, we will request our $3900 be refunded and the sofa picked up. This is totally unacceptable and inexcusable to have a product bearing ********* ****** name with these many problems. We have been inconvenienced severely in the past two months with furniture being moved in and out of our home. Totally unacceptable.

      I purchased a sectional Aug 2024 - Upon delivery they brought two of the same pieces by mistake, so they were unable to finish setting it up. They had to report it and come back another day with the correct piece and fix it. Not a great start right off the bat... Now a year later and I am seeing some warping in the frame on two of the sofa pieces, one is even where nobody even sits. I have it set up for a tech to come out and immediately he sees the issues and even sees more problems/breakage that I hadn't even noticed. Turns out this is a very CHEAPLY made sofa. I call the following day asking if I can just get partial credit and pick a new couch, the rep tells me what I need to ask for is a "reselection" and transfers me to the correct people. I ask for the reselection and am told I am not eligible for reselection because the parts are available to fix it and the sofa hasn't been discontinued. My two options are to let them come get it and put it in the shop for 2 weeks to fix it - or get a replacement of the same sofa with no warranty. I have a newborn and can not go 2 weeks without a couch, but I don't want a brand new piece with no warranty because it's just going to break again and then I'm screwed! I've even said take the cost of the two new pieces and give me store credit and I will come in and PAY MORE for a different couch! That is how badly I do not want this cheap cheap couch again. Every time I am told no. Do not go to rooms to go.... Just don't. I wish I had read reviews before I went and now I am stuck with an almost $3,000 couch that breaks just by looking at it.

      Bought outdoor furniture with a Fortegra warranty for 3 years. Cost was $300 and salesperson claimed Fortegra would honor warranty for any stains the furniture would incur. Made a claim and Rooms to Go sent a technician to come see furniture and he immediately stated yes, furniture indeed has stains and would be replaced. He stated all cushions would be replaced and would delivered. I receive a phone 10 days later stating the claim was denied. Stated the technician wrote a report contrary to what he told me. This is a blatant lie from the salesperson and the technician. Do NOT do business with the fraudulent company!! The furniture was very expensive but still very cheaply made.

      This just happened with their delivery service. It's unbelievable. I parked down at the end of the condo building so they could pull straight in this morning. I saw them backing down instead. I circled around and then I cut them off and told them to go up to the complex in front of me. The driver said , no you go first. So I went. Then they backed out and just left without delivering my furniture. I called immediately and was told they had been there 15 minutes and dispatch gave them permission to leave. Now it's rescheduled to the next Thursday. This isn't even my condo. I was there taking the delivery for the Son whose Mom owns but passed away. I can't believe they saw me, talked to me and then they laughed at me and left. What sort of operation does that?

      This King sized bed frame was purchased from Rooms to Go. I noticed the headboard whobble first after assemble and putting a Costco mattress on the frame. The headboard is too heavy for just two screw to hold it in place. I did not know more was in store for this bed. I was able to put blankets behind the headboard to stop the whobble. Next came the slats that hold up the mattress to give out over and over and over again. The screw (one screw) hold one side of the slat & its boards are weak and break. The legs have (one screw) and broke off. Then the sideboards warped while I was away from the home for nine months. Then it broke in two. Less than four years and the bed is trash. I cannot resell a bed like this. There are Facebook groups that talk bad about Rooms to Go. So many in each state. There are bad feedback online and even a Youtube video talking about the poor construction with a similar platform bed. The furniture is not worth it. Many people in the South sell their furniture what they pay for it (unlike in California) And I cannot even sell it. Rooms to Go did not take responsibility. I took Rooms to Go to Court and they did not show up. I am now awaiting the ruling. I just want to take my time to tell people of Alabama do not support this trash company.
