    We contracted with this company to reupholster our boat seats and cushions. Mr ***** quoted us a price to do the reupholstering, return the pieces to the boat and install it. We agreed and took him all the seats and cushions in March 2025 and paid him half the price quoted, $2875. He said he would be finished by Memorial Day. He just finished on July 15th. He refused to bring the pieces back to the boat and refused to do the installation. He still demanded to be paid the whole balance of the cost, minus $200. He did finally agree to bring the cushions to the boat but would not do the installation. I had to hire another person to do the installation for $1500. One of the pieces was scratched by his son. He offered to take the piece back and renew it but he would not do it quickly so it could be installed while I was paying someone to do it. The boat was being shipped to new owners in 2 days but he refused to recover the piece in that time frame. This man did not fulfill any of the terms of our agreement. I had to pay him the remaining balance or he would not give us or boat pieces back. It is very unfortunate that this matter was handled this way because as far as I could tell the reupholstered pieces (besides the one they scratched) looked good.

    Dear ***** *. To respond to your review, I am sorry you had to pay that much for installation from another establishment and things turned out that way ,but we always kept you informed about the progress. Due to a back injury was unable to finish installation as talked about, we had taken off our installation ****** you know there were many helping hands handling the unload and the scratched piece happened sometime during unloading, reloading to take back to get fixed,(at our expense), but you changed you mind and had to have it back the next day. Due to the time ,trip back, getting materials work was not possible to have done in one day. And also replacement of woodwork took more time to get done (was not charged for). As for now you know we are waiting for the new owners to contact us to schedule a fix on the scratched piece (pick up,recover and drop off at our expense.) The customer has not contacted us yet to make this right.Thankyou.

    I have every piece of communication from the cup runneth over. They did not keep me updated, I had to text them to get updates, they did not complete the job by Memorial Day, and they did not do the installation. I would never have used them at all if they had said they would not do the installation. Their quote was for the upholstery, the delivery and the installation. They added $350 for tax to the balance at the last minute that was not in their quote. Their son unloaded the piece that was scratched. He scratched it when he put it down. We all saw and discussed it at the time. They did in fact say they would take the piece back to recover it but he would not get it done in a timely manner. I am paying another company for the installation. They cant wait weeks for this piece to be redone (as Mr ***** said it would take). This boat has to be finished so it ccan be shipped to the new buyer in *********, **. This company did not complete the agreed upon job in the agreed upon time frame. I would not recommend them. I wish I had not used them.
