I took my vehicle in for repairs and upon contact with employee *****, he informed me that he would keep me informed of all processes of my vehicle. He did not follow up with me, I had to follow up with him and he also told me that he would get back with me on an additional repair request to paint my mirrors and he did not until it was too late to order the parts and paint them because I didn’t know they wouldn’t repaint my mirrors because if a breakage issue. If I would have known, I would have had them order the mirror covers, paint them, and install onto my vehicle but ***** did not follow up until a day before I was to pick my vehicle up. I went to pick my vehicle up and noticed that my bumper wasn’t aligned correctly and my tag was missing from the front of my vehicle. After I got home with my vehicle, my wife sat in the passenger seat and sat on a screw that punctured a hole in her rear end. I sent a text to ***** and let him know all of these things, to which I got no response for several days. He informed me I could bring my vehicle back in for the bumper alignment and that he had found my tag. I got there, they aligned the bumper but still didn’t hand me my tag. Absolutely no mention of the loose screw from him. I asked him about my tag and he said “oh it’s back here but it’s broke” and I told him that it wasn’t broken when I brought my vehicle in and he tried to argue that it was. He continued on and on that it was broken when I brought it in and Even tried to get the gentleman that worked on my vehicle to say it was broken and I asked him to stop saying that because my tag wasn’t broken and that someone owed me a tag. He had the tag in his hand and said “ do you see this tag right here?” And then threw it as hard as he could across the shop area and could have hit a coworker or anyone else and then said “go buy another ******* tag and Bring me the receipt and I’ll pay for it”. Then he said “get the **** out of this building”.
