On November 15-16, 2021, Window World’s Contracted Installers installed windows in our home. I paid extra to have a white laminate overlay on the interior. As I went through with the installer before their departure, I noticed and questioned the overlay on as it was gashed up and the seams were sloppy and bulky not smooth as it should be. I mentioned this to the installer, it was something that happened before installation. Like all quality control has been missed. I immediately texted the General Manager ***** of my concern. He said to send him pictures of which I sent approximately 20. He said it would be a warranty claim - On BRAND NEW windows. While that may be a resolution, that should not be a warranty claim on brand new windows. A few days later, I had to reach out to confirm he received them which he did. On Friday, November 19th, ***** informed me that he did receive them, he’d have to figure out a day to come out. With no response, on December 9, I contacted Corporate, no response. December 13, WW called to see if they could replace a torn screen on Wed. I was unavailable so I had to decline. There was no mention of someone looking at the interior of the windows. On December 15, I contacted Corporate again since I had no response from the local office. December 16th, ***** contacted me by text - unprofessional message - if you’d like my opinion. Stating his office tried to come out Wednesday and could come out that day or the next. I informed that would not work and only the screen was mentioned on Monday. I work and and have a toddler, after this ordeal, last minute notification and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I told him we could schedule something for the next week, he has yet to acknowledge. I would like this issue resolved as quick as possible and hate I had to contact the BBB in efforts to do so, but WW has left me no choice with their lack of communication and efforts.
