    Non-Completion of Contractual Work we had a contract. reside home. As of 7/11/2025 the following tasks are still unfinished 1. The entire exterior of the house has yet to be completed 2. Much of the siding has yet to be installed 3. The soffit has not been installed 4. The Facia has yet to be installed 5. The windows have not been installed correctly 6. One badly installed window has fallen out, and glass is broken 7. The caulk has yet to be applied 8. Nails are hanging out everywhere all over the trim 9. construction mess, tools have been left in our yard untouched from December 2023. These tasks were to be completed before final payments.
