  1. 100% Guaranteed Satisfaction on Facebook posts 8/4, 4/21, 1/6, 9/23/24. We asked for specific guaranteed details to be added to the Facebook page or for the verbiage to be removed. 

  2. DID YOU KNOW? Spray foam insulation out-performs conventional insulation materials because they (conventional insulation materials) trap still-dry air and if that air moves or becomes wet, the thermal resistance can drop by 50%. Spray foam protects against air infiltration, which can increase energy costs in buildings by 10 to 40%. - We asked for this statement to have proper linked substantiation so consumers can see exactly where this information came from.

  3. Further information is available from ASHRAE (8700-527-4723) in a publication titled “Vented and Sealed Attics in Hot Climates.” We asked  for substantiation to be hyperlinked for this publication. 

  4. Cool Roofs Program and Benefits of ENERGY STAR products, Roof coatings that can reduce energy bills by up to 50 percent and reduce the amount of air conditioning needed in buildings are ENERGY STAR qualified products. These are part of the Cool Roof Program which defines certain standards in roof coatings systems involving roof reflectivity and maintenance of reflectivity. These light-colored roof coatings lower the temperature of the roof by up to 100 degrees by reflecting the sun’s UV rays and heat.- This statement implies that all roof coatings with the energy star label will reduce the amount of air conditioning needed in buildings. We asked for this statement to be re-worded so consumers will not be misled. 

  5. Performance of Physical Structures in Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita: A Reconnaissance Report – June 2006. We asked for this to be properly linked so it will stand out for consumers to see the important information. 

  6. I am a certified spray foam installer, and we have an excellent staff of SPFA trained professionals. We asked for copies of all certifications. 

  7. Among the important standards in American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D 6083. We asked for this study to be properly linked so consumers can see the material.
