              My complaint involves a recliner purchased from Ms. ******. I bought the recliner in May of 2021 with great intentions of relaxation, Sadly to report that the recliner broke within 30 days of purchase. After contacting customer service, a technicians was dispatched to my home the first week of June. The serviceman stated, The chair frame needs to be replaced and a new motor has to be order. He assured me the process wouldn't take long... Approximately 15 to 30 days. Unfortunately it has taken much longer. I called customer service and spoke with a supervisor *****, very professional and willing to help, she informed that there will be an addition 30 days before the parts arrive; and a technician had to be re- dispatched. I informed Ms. ***** that I was a Army veteran suffering with medical issues, and the chair was very much needed I cant wait much longer. Please help I need my money back or a new chair asap. 9-1-21. Thank you

              worst ever in business i ever dealt with on mattress sales and returns

              I am sorry Mr. ***** is unhappy with any transactions involving his mattress. I find a claim filed last March that upon inspection did not qualify as a defect under the factory warranty. If he feels the concern reported last year has worsened, he is welcome to file a new claim. A claim form can be found on our website at www.Miskellys.com. If he scrolls to the bottom of the page, it is found under Services. If he is unable to locate the claim form, he is welcome to reach out to our customer service department at 601-933-6000.
