5 starsNeeded a person with experience, expertise and skills for various repairs that others tried to fix, but could not, high professional standards and quality of work. **** is that.
Repairs included straightening/cleaning problem gutters, color matching grout, electrical fire remediation (next day), landscape design and installation, wood floor/doors/concrete porch refinishing, plumbing, pressure washing wood fencing … all completed to satisfaction. Great communication and explanation of steps needed to correct issues. He is thorough and determined to get to the root of problems, not temporary fixes. Also, he identified and corrected issues that are easy fixes now, such as fixing cracking brick mortar, that would have led to structural/foundation problems in the future.

5 stars**** is top notch! He helped solve a unique problem that we had been dealing with for years that no other contractor could seem to fix. I really appreciated his clear communication and detailed explanation of what actually was going on and how to address it. He was determined to figure out the root cause of the ongoing issue and did not stop until he was confident that it was fixed. You can tell that he cares a lot about the quality of his work and making sure that the customer is satisfied. I will definitely be using **** for many more projects to come in the future.
