  We have been members of Wolf River for many, many years. We have only visited the REMOVEDResort possibly 3 or 4 times during that extended period. Approximately 2 years ago we had to sell our REMOVEDfor health reasons. We notified Wolf River about our status and asked to cancel our membership. We were told that we were life time members and could not cancel our membership. They then offered a buy out option of a large sum of money. Since that time I was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and this year my husband was also diagnosed with cancer. We repeatedly notified Wolf River about our situation each time they sent a bill. Trying to understand what a lifetime membership involved I asked if it ended when one of us dies or do we both have to die..received no answer. I checked our contract and it says nothing about life time. It says if a termination of the contract is required send written notification to them.which I did. I asked them to send me a copy of the contract they have indicating this life time clause and they asked for another amazing amount of money for a copy. Today I received a letter they were going to process a litigation claim against us unless I paid them and listed all the dire consequences that would cause.

  I purchased a plan via Wolf River Resort,. I no longer need this plan or want to be associated with this company. I asked the secretary, Miss REMOVEDif I could resell my plan in the answer was no, but despite the fact that I purchased it as a resale or so, I was told by the agent I dont understand why Im not able to resell whats left of my plan. Ive been attempting to reach a person at REMOVEDsince December 2024 and after leaving multiple messages, no one has contacted me. I no longer desire to have this plan. It is no longer practical for me or my family. This is not a corporation that is eager to support or assist clients who want to resell their plan. According to the Internet, REMOVEDis the owner of this organization and I want to talk with this person. Ive drove down to result to make payments I paid and the lady at the office providing me a card with the same number that I have been calling. iPhone several times left messages. No one has yet to return my call. I sent a payment along with a letter requesting that someone contact me although the check has been cashed. No call has been received Now Im to the point where I have to leave this message in hopes that someone will call me back.
