This is the worse car experience I ever had!! The first car I test drove the radio didnt want in the car. This shouldve been my first sign to run! The second was a 2011 GMC terrain and on the third day the engine light came on giving multiple codes knocking sensor and power train. The truck was losing power on the third day! All these faulty cars come with a good for nothing warranty because they know the cars are NO GOOD! I took it to a dealership and started the warranty claim. All this is happening 3 days into my loan. The warranty company wanted me to pay **** to do a full tear down of the engine when I just gave Olive branch **** down! Im single mother that just gave my entire tax return so what makes them think I have an extra **** for repairs on recently purchased truck. The finance manager is rude and no empathy for people.. Since I couldnt afford the **** tear down no one was willing to help or even cancel this deal all together. A week into having the car I cant drive it and its sitting at shop because I was sold a lemon. These people know these cars are no good and the still sells cars to people thinking they are giving them reassurance because it come with a warranty. The warranty is a rip off should like this dealership! Im just another customer stuck in a loan with a broken vehicle from jump! 20 thousand in debt because these people are money hungry robbers!!!

I am sorry to hear about your poor experience with your vehicle. I spoke with the lender representative about your claim. They are working on getting the vehicle checked out and repaired according to my last conversation with him.
