***** was extremely unprofessional. There was a discrepancy between what I was quoted and what I was charged. When we inquired about the charge, he initially spoke to my wife with an ill and aggressive tone. She paused him and told him to call me. He did call, and when I began explaining this issue, he raised his voice and spoke over me. I had to repeat myself several times for him to understand my issue, to which I doubt he still does not understand. I will NEVER use their services again and I hope that others won't either. To be clear, I am not disgruntled about the bill or the charges; I am upset about the quote/bill discrepancy, as well as how ***** handled his conversation with my wife and myself.

I responded to a service call. ****************** stated he had a water leak. I get there and found that the customer had taken all his waterlines loose and his diverter valves. I had one of my service technicians with me. We proceeded into finding water, routing Diagrams, me and my technician were both working. When we gave the bill to his wife for five hours, she asked me why it is so much, and I tried to explain that me and my technician were both working. When we gave the bill to his wife for five hours, she asked me why it is so much and I tried to explain to her that there was two technicians working on the job. we were there for approximately 3 1/2 hours. I charge for five hours. I tried to explain to them that if my other technician wasnt with me, it wouldve took me twice as long. They still didnt understand why they were being charged five hours. Once again, I tried to explain to them that with two people working it took less time I was not rude or trying to talk over anybody. Im sorry they feel this way. ****************** said he wasnt upset with the bill. He was upset because we charge five hours and we were there only 3 1/2 and once again I tried to explain to him it took us less time because we had two technicians working on the job.
