      When I first called Chase Roof Inspections, **** explained how very busy they were and he will fit us in because of the leak in our dormer and water coming into our home. **** insured me that he could fix it with no problems and a warranty which is very important to me. He is very kind and courteous as were his team. The shingles were matched perfectly, you cant even tell that part of the shingles were removed and replaced with new ones. The roof and dormer were fixed expeditiously with great craftsmanship and cleanliness. I will use this company again if the need arises and I also highly recommend to call them for all your roof related needs. ** ************* is very fairly priced!

      Very fair on pricing! **** came to my house gave me a great selection Of shingles to choose from. He was very willing to work with me and polite. I had a sag in my roof. Somebody had done some home carpentry. He reassured me that my roof would be level after he repaired the rafters. The job was done fast in one day. Now my roof is level rafters are Replaced. Very happy with the way this came out!

      Chase Roof Inspections is the company we are now recommending to neighbors, friends, and colleagues. We contacted Chase for a second opinion after another company urged roof replacement. ***********************, Chase's Certified Roof Inspector, noted repairs were needed for flashing and nail pops, and advised a new roof was not needed. He explained the stain we were informed was caused by a roof leak, was instead formed by condensation. ****************** suggested affordable remedies to increase the quality of our attic ventilation to prevent that, which we will pursue.We've decided to schedule annual roof inspections by Chase Roof Inspections. Our neighborhood is fraught with failing roofs installed by unethical, often unlicensed, uninsured, and unbonded 'roofers'. A roof is a large expense and we now understand the importance of preventive maintenance. When the time comes to install a new roof, we will choose Chase. We will then have peace of mind it's installed correctly --helping us to avoid potential liability later if/when selling our home,

      Of the 3 quotes I received for a new roof, **** was the only contractor to state that my roof was good for another 5 to 7 years. I decided to have the roof done anyway, since costs are going up every year. **** provided great detail as to what areas of my roof needed special attention and why. I so appreciated his honesty and integrity.

      I cant say enough! We had been fighting with our insurance company for a year on a roof leak (house is 16 years old). We called many roofer and some would come out, some wouldnt. They would just tell us that our shingles were brittle and leave. **** actually talked to us about it and worked with our insurance company, and we FINALLY got a new roof! He spent a lot of time doing this and that Im soooo grateful for! His crew did an awesome job and the clean up after looked like they werent even here! Please call him if you have any needs! Highly recommended.
