      June I purchased $1,230.48 of tires. I was quoted by the employee B. That my total price would be $1,330.48 which included the warranty on the tires. I was contacted that my truck was ready so I payed over the phone. But when I made it home I looked at the invoice and I saw that she didnt add the warranty for my tires and thats why it was a $100 cheaper. I called the next day and she claimed that I didnt tell her that I wanted the warranty, that crazy if I am spending $1,200 on tires. So she told me that she would get back with me after speaking to the service manager. She never did I called back and she gave a lame excuse that the manager wasnt there and is always busy. I called the dealership to speak with the manager and this time **** said he would take care of it and get back with me, again I wouldnt be allowed to talk to the manager. He took my name and number but never called back. I called back again this time to speak with ******* again and she explained that she had been off a couple of days and someone was supposed to get back with me to tell me that they couldnt add the warranty after the ticket had been closed. Called again and spoke with ***** he said he could do it, got there everything was going smooth he got the *** off the tires and then as he was putting in the information he said he couldnt go any further because when he put in the year of my truck it wouldnt allow him to go any further. This is crazy even he admitted hes never seen that before, I still dont believe is accurate. This is very frustrating the run around I received and why no one there wants you to speak with the service manager. This is totally unacceptable and customer service is horrible, neither employee followed up with me concerning my issue which makes it feel like theyre just brushing me off and didnt care. They were just telling me anything to get me off the phone and had no intention of helping resolve my issue. Someone please help. Still no rebate money yet!

      My vehicle has been sitting in their service department for two months. They misdiagnosed the issue, and I was forced to pay over $5,000 for a repair that didnt even fix the actual problem. I had to bring the car back inonly to find out something else was wrong, something that shouldve been identified the first time. Now they expect me to pay again for their ************** starts in two weeks, and my truck is still not drivable. This situation has been a nightmare. The service department is completely untrustworthy. I wouldnt even send my dog there. Wouldnt give them ONE STAR!

      Their service department and customers service is absolutely awful. They lie and overcharge. They had me vehicle over a month and could not find a fix. They were just guessing and coming up with theories as to what could be the problem to fix. The service manager **** was the worst. They had an excuse for everything.

      So Ive given them a month to make this right and they havent so now heres my review on Homer Skelton Ford in ************. Definitely would not purchase from them again. I have an *** for my trunk to be fixed and unstuck and their attempts to rig it by gluing the spoiler down only lasted about 10 days so now my hatch will not open all the way and they say they cant do anything about. So instead of fixing my vehicle which is stated on the *** I now have a vehicle with a hatch that I cant open all the way. I will say my sales representative ****** ******* was awesome to deal with but everyone else I have dealt with and talked to have not been.

      Misrepresentation of Sale. I am in a crisis due to this. I am no longer interested in my debt nor vehicle. I just want justice due to this issue.

      I made an appointment to get recommended services for my car months ago. I took my car in and from day one they acted like I never even had it in an appointment and that I was bothering them and they treated me like trash when my family went to pick up my car my car would not even start. Please note that I have never in my life. Had any problems out of this car this car has worked perfectly fine up until when my family went to pick it up ( i bought it brand new) and it would not even start, they claim that the battery was corroded. I had checked a recommended service for them to check the battery. They openly admitted that they did not do this now I am in fear of something going wrong with my car because I just do not trust this deceptive practice. How does my car all of a sudden just not start I had zero problems out of this car. I only took it in to get recommended services because I work out of my car and I did not want to end up on a side of the road somewhere. They were supposed to check the battery as a selected recommended service and they admitted that they did not. I do not trust this company.

      Absolutely terrible finance manager and sales manager. You better be careful if you deal with these guys. Worst experience Ive ever had I have nothing bad to say about the salesman.

      Absolutely AWFUL. They will sell you a car that has engine problems. My car has been in the shop for more times than I've driven it since 7/24 when I purchased it. $30K down the drain. And now I can't get anyone to return my calls. I recently purchased a used ******** SUV from the Olive ****** location on 7/24/2023. Shortly after my purchase (on 8/16/2023), I broke down on the side of the road unable to drive my new car. I paid out of pocket (although I purchased a warranty) to have it towed up to get it fixed at ******** (was instructed to take there by ************* Sales team). After a week of beintg in the shop, ******** told me they didnt have the part. I went back to **** and they had me purchase the part from autozone & put it on. When I picked up on 8/24, car broke down again on 8/28. ************* told me "they can't duplicate the problem". It was not ready for pickup until 9/6. They claimed to have taken it on the interstate 8 times to ensure the issue was fixed. I picked it up & had the SAME issue after driving two short distances. I trusted that the safety of their customer mattered more than making a buck. *** asked for this car to be taken back only to be told ** essentially out of luck by *********************. Ive been having the same issue of the car misfiring every time Ive driven it since I bought it. Clearly, Homer Skelton is more concerned about the sale and not the customer which is extremely disappointing. I was told I would be contacted by the general manager of used cars to discuss a buy back option but have yet to hear anything. I cannot imagine anyone on their team being ok with a situation like this if it was their wife and children were in this situation. I have a 1 year old son and have been broken down on the side of the road on the interstate (which is obviously EXTREMELY unsafe and hot in the summer weather) at least 4 times now in the short amount of time I've even driven the car. Do not purchase a used car from them.

      No star if I could!!!! Paid $2,500 cash down 4 months ago!!!! Didnt make it 30 miles down the road and the motor messed up! Wouldnt give my money back to go somewhere else!!! Now has had it 4 months and wont return a call, text or anything!!!!

      Ridiculous!!!!! Homer ************* has had my vehicle for over 35 days and only performed 10 hours of service on it. Then when I pick up my vehicle the breaks were not working. Keep in mind, my breaks were not the original problem and worked fine. Only recently, did they give me a loaner vehicle because I complained about the inconvenience. They have drop the ball on a loyal customer. My experience with the people and their work has been less then stellar. There has been no difference between going to the dealership compared to a shade tree mechanic. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
