    I sought treatment from Parkwood Behavioral Health Systems because I my wife filed for a divorce and I needed help/guidance coping with it. They assured me they had a perfect program to fit my needs. They did not go into detail about how the program works after I repetitively asked; only to sign me up and charge me for their program. Desperate and needing help but still questionable about their program, I gave them my insurance information and ****** informed me it would be ~$1200 copay for their program which they wanted me to pay in full immediately. That raised a red flag and I would not agree to that because of their lack of description about their program. Instead, I agreed to pay $200 for the first 3 sessions to see if their program they guaranteed would be tailored to me. In the couple sessions I attended, I was surrounded by drug addicts that were staying at their facility to wean themselves off drugs. I questioned them about their program not fitting my needs as they guaranteed and all they wanted was for me to stay in their program and set me up with their doctor that prescribed me some drug. My PCP was extremely shocked when I notified her that they prescribed me that drug and instructed me not to take it. Since then, I received a bill with account #: ********* for $1012.50 on 3/18/25 and multiple bills for $0 on 4/8; $866.25 on 4/29;and $270 on 7/8 all in year 2025 for account #: **********. I was willing to sacrifice the $200 invested and gave them written notice that I would file a complaint with the BBB if they kept sending me bills with no reply. Now I want the $200 I invested and the $270 they claim I owe them. In addition, I demand a full audit of their accounting and billing department's activities because their misleading guarantees and billing structure with multiple misleading account numbers tells me I am not the only person they are trying to ******* money out of. I have copies of said bills which none have itemized charges.
