    I also put in a request with American Home Shield in early Jan 2024 and received one service call where he identified the supposed issue and ordered the parts which showed delivered on his door sterp days later. it is now THREE MONTHS LATER and i am still arguing with american home shield that this company is just running some sort of scam and they are wasting their customer's time and money. i have had multiple calls with AHS trying to get a new provider and they keep telling me they have to give them ***** hours to respond LOL... BRO its been THREE MONTHS, they aren't going to respond LOL. dude must be running an **** store selling all of the parts or something. it's full rediculous. hate.

    Put in request with American Home Sheild in November 2023 for oven door. I have not heard from them, they won't answer or call back, and AHS can't get in touch with them. It is January 30, **** and still nothing. I blame AHS for dealing with this company.
