As the former Development Director of a private school, George Carnall understands the challenges of fundraising. He believes the services provided by nonprofits, schools, and charities are vital to the welfare of a community. The Extra Credit Donation Program grew out of a passionate desire to encourage business to provide more support for good causes. For businesses, there is no additional cost beyond the credit card fees they already pay. Processing is handled by one of the largest processors in the world, so it's fast, efficient, and builds valuable goodwill in the community. For nonprofits, it provides a reliable monthly income stream without fundraising events that eat up time and money. It costs the charity nothing. It helps cement an on-going relationship with business supporters. And it's easy because Extra Credit provides someone to help develop the program.

Extra Credit enables businesses that pay credit card processing and/or payroll processing fees to donate a portion of their processing fees to a school, church, charity, foundation, or other nonprofit organization of their choice each month.
