      Hale Electric *** came to do assessment April 13, and was given an estimate on by April 15! however not the correct job description- requested to correct information , no ***onse - re-emailed on May 21 was told they were very busy and would get back to me soon, via e-mail - I have attempted to call business several times - left several voicemails with no return call or e-mail. At this point I just want my deposit back that was to go towards the work that was not quoted properly nor scheduled.

      On 3/26/24 we sent a technician to the customer's home to evaluate her needs for ************************ work and a deposit of $154.08 was collected that would go toward the quote should she choose to accept the quote.  Quote was emailed on 4/15/24.  On 4/18/24 customer responded via email to say the work quoted was not exactly what she wanted and requested a revision.  *********** got really busy with our main focus (commercial work) and the revised quote had not been addressed yet.  On 5/21/24 an email was sent to the customer letting her know that we had not forgotten about her, but that we were very busy, but a revised quote would be sent soon.  On 5/23/24 a technician was sent to the home again to get some more information for the revised quote, but a revised quote was never sent to the customer.  We do sincerely apologize for our lack of attention to this homeowner and are making adjustments in our office to ensure this type of situation does not happen again.  We will send a refund to the customer in the amount of $154.08 via check as that is amount and method of the original payment.
