I was abused by *************************, ***. I've had 5 children and at least 5 teeth extractions and have never experienced as much pain as I did when she administered local anesthetic. I visited this office the day before and was informed that the pain I was experiencing was due to Periodontitis. The pain was so severe at the time. I asked her to remove the tooth that she demonstrated was loose. She was unable to perform said extraction that day and I was given an appointment to return the following day. I tried calling to inform the dentist of my change of heart that I now wanted to try deep cleaning instead of the extraction. I was told to inform the dentist upon arrival. When I entered the exam room all the supplies for an extraction were present on a table. I asked one of her assistants what it was for. She told me that it was for the extraction. I informed her that I had changed my mind and that I wanted to try the deep cleaning. After a while another Assistant entered to sternly inform me that I was having my tooth extracted. I also told her no, I've changed my mind. Finally, the *** enters to tell me that I was having my tooth extracted and so I repeated. "I've changed my mind and would like to try the deep cleaning." I received the topical anesthetic which was not sufficient. The Hygienist informs the Dentist of the fact that I needed something more for the pain. The Dentist begins the torture: Injection after injection. I'm crying. I'm a 69 y/o female who has delivered into this world 5 children. I have never experienced such pain in my entire life. As I was crying the Hygienist feigned concern, "Oh she's crying" Each injection hurt worse and worse than the previous one and yet she did nothing differently. I thought that it hurt worse because of the Periodontitis. ******** informed me that I was due a refund from their office because of some discounts applied. They called the police on me as I was sitting in my car with ******** on ph wouldn't answer ph.
