ZERO stars for this business. Lack of communication in regards to homeowner's insurance, which could have resulted in a loss of coverage. Lemon Mohler has also lacked communicating with me in general about my policy or the fact that the original agent I had through them left the company; the new agent that assumed her position did not pick up her slack, other than to find a new policy. The company is disorganized and non-communicative. The only time you will hear from them is when it's time to shop around for insurance, otherwise they will not call or relay any messages from the insurance company-no matter how critical and dire the information may be. In regards to first-time homeowners (which I am), they will not help you understand what each item coverage is and what you should need. Despite me telling them I have pets and a fenced-yard, they did not tell me the fence would only be covered in the event of a hurricane if I had "other structures" covered-they led me to believe it was covered already with what I had. When I found out, after filing a claim due to a hurricane, the agent was very rude and demeaning, repeatedly stating that I just didn't listen to him and that he "reads from a script" so I just didn't hear him. The disrespect and lack of care/communication in regards to their clients is absurd.
