      I had order 3 items and was given the confirmation email. When i emailed the point of contact i have received no reply. I even called the # on the website but keep getting sent to voicemail. All i want is to know what is going on and refund.

      I placed online order on 5/21/25 and fully paid for it. When I placed the order I was given shipping time of 3 business days. I have since sent multiple emails to this company asking for an order update and not one person has responded. I have also called the phone number listed on their site with no answer.

      I purchased a product March 28th. I paid $987.51
      Once I received the product I quickly realized I did not need it and decided to return and get a refund, per the policy of the company. I messaged ***** and tried calling multiple times via email/phone, but failed to get an answer or response. I proceeded to follow the return instructions and shipped the packet to the provided address and was notified by FedEx the returned package was delivery April 17, 2025. Well within the 30 day policy. I have since tried to reach out. Call goes to voicemail and emails get no response. I have not received any update or refund.
      There has been no resolve or contact made by the company to me.

      I placed online order on 3/26/25 and fully paid for it. When I placed the order I was given shipping time of 3-5 business days. I have since sent multiple emails to this company asking nicely for an update with shipping update and not one person has responded. I have also called the phone number listed on their site only to be sent to voicemails. I did however leave a voicemail and still no response. I have been left in the dark and at this point. Not a good way to run a business.

      I need answers I placed an order on 3/ 23/ 25 order number #*****. I've tried contacting them regarding two packages I bought costing 600, I have called a few of their phone number on their website it rings no one answers other phone numbers have been changed and not updated, I've tried more than 20 times to get any type of customer service including emails that no one has replied to. I haven't received any progress coming from the company. The shop app is the progress app they use for their packages but it's been untouched by "preparing ur order" I feel as if this company lacks transparency. If you want to build trust within ur customers u will have to reply to their worries and confusion. In this case, I want the package, I'm not receiving any confirmation that this is an actual real website and it's not a scam. I want to know if it will ever arrive, I just wish they would provide more information regarding if there is no product available at this moment or if it might take weeks, you know a heads up wouldn't hurt. Any type of communication shouldn't have to be this way, going on the bbb.org website just to receive a reply on an order I bought is unnecessary, and wish they cared for their customers enough to answer. The items have not been shipped so there is no order tracking number to even find out where the package is at. I just need to know when its gonna ship out and come.

      I placed an order on their website on 09/17/2024. Order #*****. I have asked for an order status on several occasions using the email provided on their website. I have received no reply. Ive called the number provided on their website several times, no one answers. Im thinking this company and site are a scam.

      This order has been canceled and refunded due to lead time being too long from the manufacturer. This part is usually in-stock or has a 2-3 week lead time. Multiquip is the source for this part and has a very long lead time of 3-4 months for this part currently.
