    Current HVAC

    A company called Current HVAC in Nettleton, MS installed a central air unit in my home in January 2019, with a 5 year warranty. In July 2019, it was not cooling our home, so they sent a technician to look at it. The company told me that the 2 men who installed my unit were no longer working for them because they were caught not filling units with the proper amount of Freon during installation, and they were fired for selling the Freon on the side for profit.
    The technician they sent in July 2019 filled our unit with the proper amount of Freon, free of charge due to the issue.
    Summer 2020, the unit was not cooling.. They came out & filled it again.. free of charge.. 2021, same thing.. 2022, same thing.. and this year I told them that I wanted the unit coil checked for a leak, because it was getting ridiculous. They found a leak in the coil & said they would order one and replace it before my warranty was up.. They refilled my unit with Freon & I never heard anything back from them.. I have called every week for the past couple months, and the desk clerk always said that the unit had been ordered and it just had not arrived. But last time I called, she said the unit was discontinued. I told her I knew that was not true, because I had done my research & found that that specific coil was still available. She got mad and hung up on me. A week later I received a bill in the mail for them refilling my unit this year with Freon.
    Could you possibly help me with this?
