    I placed an order with this company back in April and never received it. Ive emailed them several times with no response. They dont have a phone number or any other way to contact them.

    Having done business with them for over 6 years, I remained patient waiting for my order #*** placed in April 2023. The last order had just shipped at the end of March 2023. Since then, there has been no communication, no shipment and no refund. If they suddenly had to shutter last year, I understand. However, the website is still active, the social media has posts THIS YEAR! I messaged them on Jan 4th, received this: "Thanks for messaging us. We try to be as responsive as possible. We'll get back to you soon." and have since been blocked. If they are actively still taking orders, they are defrauding brothers simply trying to properly regale themselves. It is unfortunate this company took this path. I promoted them to anyone who would listen.

    It appears that this business is unable to fulfill its obligations to its customers. I personally have 5 outstanding orders since April. I have sent several emails trying to resolve this and cannot get a response. I have had a great relationship with 5Points until now. I am now being asked to make whole several people with outstanding orders that I have referred to

    I purchased 3 products from business on 04/23/2023. I have yet to receive products. I have emailed them numerous times and they have not responded. I want the products I ordered or my money back.

    I purchased a Fez on March 2nd 2023. I was told 4-6 weeks. On April 18th I received a email stating there was a delay and I would have on 2 more weeks no Communication at all since then ready to take legal action.

    Made purchase on 11/24/22 with the product supposed to be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. Have emailed them the first time and then was informed there was a delay and that would be shipped within 2 weeks. Second email was informed there still delays, third email was informed still delays and that I would be refunded and product would still be shipped to me. emailed again and haven't heard anything from them. On the website its says in processing. we are going on 12 weeks now.
