    On September 13th I booked a room at Fairbridge Inn express in Natchez Mississippi online through the *********** website with the option of payment being made at checkin. There was no mention at all of a $100 cash only deposit needed. When I arrived at the hotel I was then told of the deposit and due to no mention on company website and the fact that it was only the word of the employee I did not trust it was required nor do I carry cash in large amounts on my person. I decided to book elsewhere and upon leaving my card was charged for the cost of the room. I have contacted the property and attempted contact with management several times to resolve my situation with them and have no response. I should not have been charged for the cost of the room when I didn’t pay the $100 cash deposit to even stay at the room. Why should I be charged nightly room fare for a room I never slept in? I need my money refunded to me. I am not willing to pay for services, never received. Also, I did contact *********** and was told by them Fairbridge is the one that swiped my card and debited my account for the money. It even shows it on my account that Fairbridge is the one that debited my account for the money not *********** *********** is not responsible for the money at all.
