      I trusted this dealership when they told me if I paid them to do 5 hours diagnostic they could find the problem and was billed $891.27. The things they suggested were wrong and found were incorrect. They said the things they could do would not be a guaranteed fix but a starting point. to the tune of over 3 thousand dollars. Took the car to another place and in less than one hour they discovered one main issue that lead to the other issue and repaired the car. The issues Toyota listed were not/were not what was wrong with the car. A Toyota technician did the diagnostic but failed to find the main problem with the car. It was repaired with 2 1/2 hours diagnostic not on a toyota machine. Around $1200.00. .I asked Cannon Toyota to return my money for the misdiagnostic results but was refused and treated very badly and rude. Was dismissed! I am 72 years old retired grandmother and this amount of money for false service report hurts my family and the disrespect I received was not as a business should act. They refused any sort of compromise for their mistake and that was the end of it. I strongly suggest everyone to be very careful using this company and if you need work done, please do not do it here. Take it to a place that cares about customers and doing things correctly. My opinion is to never use any Cannon business for automobiles bought or repaired it could be very negative.
