    Purchased glasses from this company that fell apart in approximately 30 days. They would not repair or replace the defective glasses

    I have not received my glasses after returning them in August to Troupe Family Optometry in ********** because the lenses were incorrect. I have called the **********************'s office in ********** numerous times and have yet to speak to the **********************s. The front office only told me they will leave an message and I should get a call back. September and now October, still no call back status on my glasses. @ October 15 I called my Insurance for assistance to get answers from the **********************s, the insurance agent called the the ***************** and was told from the assistances they didn't know what was going on with my glasses. So the agent called the *************** and was told by Mr. ********************** he would call me to resolve this issue. Still ****** ********************** or her office have reached out to me. I have loss all trust in Troupe Family Optometry and would like my insurance claim revoked and I would like my prescription and a refund so I can go to a different Provider. The frustration I am going through is unacceptable and unexpected, I really didn't expect this when I really need my glasses.

    December 2023 saw Dr. ****** Troupe for eye examination was told I needed glasses paid ****** received the glasses they where not my prescription I took them back in February and was told they would send them back and correct the prescription this is now April 2024 we have contacted them twice and we still do not have my glasses. I am a senior citizen and this is very upsetting to me I need my glasses. I also was seen in ********** Ms *********** Alt S at her place of business Troupe Family Optometry.

    I went to Troupe Family Optometry ********** located at ************************************************* Dr. ****** Troupe on January 9th 2024. I drought my own frames with me AND ARE NOT CHEAP plus they were a gift to me and was told that they could put my lenses in them, ok great. I was seen by Dr. ****** Troupe, had my eye exam and was told that my glasses would be back in 2 weeks. After the 3rd week had came and gone I called to see had my glasses came back I was told no so after a month I thought about the elderly man in a wheelchair came in on the day I had my appointment (January 9th 2024 ) complaining and asking why he hadnt received his glasses because its been well over a month and he still hasnt received his glasses. I would call them almost if not everyday asking about my glasses and they wont tell me why its taking so long, ( I BROUGHT IN MY OWN FRAMES ) so they have my personal property and my insurance covered my visit and eye exam. I want my frames back with or without their lenses. ( TROUPE FAMILY OPTOMETRY WITH DR. ****** TROUPE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED ) today is February 27th 2024 and I have yet to receive my glasses. This is not the way you do business.
