    I took my 2016 Ford Explorer in for an oil change. They started on my car, and I was standing behind my car just outside the door talking to the attendant. They
    Started working on my car, they proceeded to change the oil. After a few minutes of them working on it I heard an unusual sound like something broke.
    After a minute or two I ask the attendant what was wrong, she when to the front to talk to one of the guys working on my car. I repeatedly asked “what’s wrong”
    after several more minutes I when to see and was told to leave the shop area and I did, after some more time passed and all four of the employees discussed the problem they told me that my oil plug had some how broken off. They gave me the broken plug. It did not have the seal on it. They fabricated a story as to why it hasn’t their fault, but it didn’t break until they tried to retighten it after the oil was put in and that was the unusual noise I heard. So I ask them what to do, they said no charge for the oil change and That I should be able to make it home. I left and then returned and ask for the owners phone number, they gave it to me, I call several times and sent a text, he did not answer, I emailed him after finding his email online, he replied basically blew me off. Said I should have mechanic fix it for 20 dollars, I replied where to send the bill and again I was stone walled. No response so now
    I have to pay for the repair myself as this business owner and his employees acted in an unethical and immoral manner to a 67 year old man just because they can.
