- Additional Info:On August 26, 2019, Payless Truckers Incorporated came to the attention of BBB. At that time a consumer reported that they had purchased a Freightliner from the company. The consumer was told by the company representative that the truck was checked "bumper to bumper" and that there were no issues. When the consumer went to get the truck licensed by DOT, they were informed that the truck needed extensive repairs in order to be licensed. The consumer contacted the company regarding the issues and was told by the company representatives that the truck had no warranty and there was a no return policy. BBB reached out to the company for information regarding the company's business, including principal owners, time in business, type of business, company advertising and marketing. BBB only received basic information.
