3-7-23 Mr ******* order supplies from ******* I went and paid $424.90 for my supplies. Mr ******* didn’t use all the 50ft pipe for sewer line only used about 20ft I was not given my unused pipe or money back. 3-8-23 Mr ******* did the work at my home installed sewer line pipe clean out. I paid Mr ******* $2500. 3-10-23 I contacted him having issues with sewer line clogging and water standing in clean out. He came fixed it lasted couple days. Clogged again called 3-13-23 same issue clogged pipe and clean standing water he came out he came out. Didn’t last long again. 3-16-23 called. Mr ******* again same issues with the sewer line and clean out. 3-20-23 same issues again clogged sewer line and clean out standing water in it. Mr ******* came out re dug hole stated the sewer pipe had slipped out he readjusted n pipe left uncover for couple days I inquired about if he had gone done to the city tao to install sewer line pipe he stated yes but I keep having the same issues since he installed the sewer line and clean out. 3-24-23 Mr ******* came back to cover the hole. 3-29-23 same issues again clogged sewer line and water standing in clean out I called Mr ******* and he said he will contact the city of Jackson to come out n on 4-1-23. On 4-1-23 same issues again sewer line clogged clean out overflowing with water I asked me ******* to come look it he said had covid and the city of Jackson was coming. Well the city of Jackson never did come out in 4-1-23 even though Mr ******* stated he had contacted someone to do so. Mr ******* was very angry and didn’t seem to care about my issues that he clearly didn’t resolve. Mr ******* didn’t resolve the issue and the work he did was not completed because he didn’t go to the city tap to install the sewer line pipe.
