Please make sure you read the low rating reviews from myself and other customers. Had I did, I may have saved myself the headache of dealing with this mechanic. I was wishing to give Mr.***** a 5 star rating but I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with his services. When speaking to Mr.*****, it was said the $100 diagnostic fee goes towards to the parts and labor. However, it definitely did not. When he first came out, he said it was two hoses that needed to be replaced. If you know cars, hoses are not expensive. We were charged $100 for diagnostic fee, and an additional $175 for power steering fluid, reprogramming the car, and running the new hoses. Totaling $275. When asking Mr.***** if the $100 diagnostic fee went towards the labor and parts as agreed he stated yes. That was a damn lie and now is refusing to properly compensate. Moving forward… The man wasn’t even outside fixing it but maybe 45 minutes & after he left, THE CAR STARTED SMOKING!!! He wanted me to buy an additional part that he thought maybe would be causing the smoking.. mind you the car NEVER smoked before he repaired it. Then said it may be faulty wiring, he didn’t check the wiring while he was out there. Why would I go buy anything extra when you aren’t even sure what the heck is wrong with the car?? So I paid this man for doing a ****** to say the least job. & Once you read this Mr.***** please understand GOD don’t miss nobody!! You will get yours, MARK my words sir. I would highly steer you away from this company. It is horrible. He is more worried about the quantity of clients compared to the QUALITY of work.
