Refund and Exchange Policy

We will take returns on non-special or custom orders for up to 30 days as long as they are in the original packaging, unopened and in new condition. You must contact us via email to get a return merchandise authorization prior to sending a product back.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Although we try to sell only items that are in stock, there are times when we will do special orders. In those cases, we require half down – with the remainder due once we have received the item or the item is ready to ship.In those cases, the initial deposit is non-refundable.If you do want to special order something, please keep in mind that this will be a custom item and can often take 3-6 months to complete.
