            Service was trash , house badly repaired when we moved in but we really needed to find a place to stay , we wrote down everything that was wrong on the pre inspection. Thing begin to break in the house and service was very slow to come out and fix. Fast forward now and we moved out in feb 22, awaited deposit for 2 months. I called few times and I was told they were awaiting a final inspection. Now mine you we did a move out inspection with management prior to moving out and was told we just needed to wipe walls, mope, and clean windows. Now it April 22 finally received letter in the saying no deposit returned. The house was already in bad shape and they decided to take our whole deposit. They take advantage because it’s section 8 even tho we paid our $850 every month on time. I wouldn’t recommend this company any service member and anyone else. The house are run down and they just patch up things the whole time, once you leave they acting the house we freshly renovated. Please stay away from this fraudulent company.
