              I moved into an apartment through this company on October 31,2022. The first day it rained my living room was flooded with water. I’ve filed multiple maintenance request, I’ve sent emails, I’ve called, I’ve even texted. Each time they send maintenance out to basically patch up the issue it stops raining in my apartment for a few days then starts back. Back in February I was fed up, I declined to pay my rent unless the issue was fixed at this point the owner **** ******* credited my rent $500, my original rent payment is $963 monthly, he told me that they had reached out to contractors and someone was going to come out and fix the issue. April 13 morning I woke up my living room was flooded again. Each time they are sending maintenance out to patch up the issue instead of fixing it properly, I have yet to see the contractors that was suppose to come out in February it’s now April.

              My name is **** *******, my military family and I lived at this complex for years before SVN started managing it!! My husband and I seperated the last year and it was his lease,so I asked to create my own lease.she would not and said that my husband had to sign it, but he didn’t(we were separated) These people filed that illegal document in court and also added 4,000 balance on top of 1,921 that they said I owe but only asked for the judgment of 1,921.00. this place is committing illegal acts and attempted to cover in so many ways, instead of taking accountability for filing this false information on me and my husband’s record(he didn’t sign) Both parties were not signed on that lease and it is deemed null/void by the laws of Mississippi
