    Got oil change and tire rotation, I got home notice that the passenger side wheels had no center pieces for my tires. Since it was a Saturday, I had to wait until Monday. I texted the service number Saturday just to see if I could get someone. Anyway, Monday called and left message to service tech rep. Leaving a message about my situation. Toyota tech calls stated that the camera shows the center rim in place and that they must have been stolen off the vehicle. I said no they were not stolen I haven't been anywhere for them to be stolen and if they where on they must not been on there tightly or correctly, improperly placed by tech. Toyota says if they fell off you would have heard them therefore had to be stolen. Got off phone, Toyota gonna call me back. Within 15mins, Toyota calls saying they would replace one of the pieces but I would have to pay half for the other. No, no, no I trusted you with my vehicle to make sure all safety measures and conditions was up to standard.. I stopped going to Toyota Hattiesburg for so time because I have issue about saying they completed to job when they never did the job ex. Paid for tire rotation that they never done because I had marked my tires ...just can't trust businesses ... Toyota it's easy to get a person to come buy a vehicle but keep them continuing to come and bring new customers, the key!!! Customer service and service department makes 100% of a person decision to dobusiness again. Toyota you took off my rim and you didn't put them back on like you said the video says or they were placed on improper... I deserve the rims ...DO I NEED TO LOOK UNDER MY HOOD TOO TO SEE ALL DONE PROPERLY TOO THAT ALL PARTS AND OIL FILLED BACK INTO MY TRUCK BECAUSE YOUR PEOPLE DIDN'T DO TO PROPER INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE BEFORE RELEASING BACK TO ME... shouldn't be we trust you with sales as well service and safety... should everyone have to inspect their vehicle to ensure their safety and $$. Times are hard and you adding to them.
