recent review indicates consumer complaints are stating concerns of service,
repair, refund and customer service issues and stating the company was not
being responsive to any form of communication.When
contacted about this pattern, Mr. Matthew Normand, owner of the company,
submitted a response stating the following:It has
recently come to our attention that we had a sales person who was not
responding to his customers and thus reflecting negatively on the standards and
reputation that MNL Truck Sales strives to maintain. Once we realized
this employee did not reflect the MNL standard we terminated the employee and
have taken great strides to research and humbly correct any misunderstandings
and errors on our part. New procedures, such as after sale customer
satisfaction surveys, have been implemented and are providing invaluable
feedback on how we may continually meet and exceed our customer's expectations.
We strive to always deliver as promised. All returns and qualifying
repairs have been completed as of date.BBB is
working with Mr. Normand to provide the opportunity for all previously
unanswered and unresolved complaints to be answered and resolved.
