    I called multiple times today about my purse ..they had attitudes..the man never answered and when he did he told me that they were closed and I couldn't get my purse until tomorrow..by appointment..that's not fare all my personal belongings are in there and plus my keys to my home I couldn't get inside my home until I called for someone to let me in

    On 4/25/24 12:09 pm a 2015 **** Fiesta was repossessed from *********************************. I received a call late in the afternoon, assuming after she got off work. But it was after business hours. Out lot hours are 10am -4pm Mon- Thurs and 10am -3:30 pm Friday. By appointment only. I let her know this and to call after 10 am the next morning. She stated her purse and checks were in the car under the drivers seat and that she needed them that day. I again informed her that we were closed and to call the next morning after 10am and make an appointment. She was very rude about not being able to get access that day. The next morning she called and text several times before 10am . I spoke to her after 10 and an appointment. Let her know what to bring, which was picture ID and the key. She stated her ID was in her purse in the car. I let her know that the lot guy Will would have to get her ID and verify who she was before giving access to the car. Once she arrived she didn't have the key as she was instructed prior to arriving. The lot attendant Will let her know she would again need the key. She left and had to go get the key, when she arrived back at the lot Will took the key and retrieved her purse and got her ID out and verified it was her. He then took the purse and contents to her. She became very rude with him  about having to go in her purse. He let her know she was told several times that he had to verify who she was before giving access to the car. And that he couldn't give her the purse without knowing it was hers. He then took her back to get her personal property and she was rude the entire time. Also her male companion was rude about it. 

    The fact of the matter is the car was repossessed. We have business hours and make appointments. And the debtor wanted to do things her way and not how we operate. She never said anything about keys to her home. She stated she had her purse and some checks in the car and that she was going out of town for a funeral.
