I purchased a new Camper from the business and trade my used camper into them at a lower price than I could sell on my own so I could take advantage of the tax savings of the trade in value. The camper was under my business name, and they put the new camper under my personal name. I asked the closing agent to use my business name, but he told me I could only use my personal name due to financing. So, I asked to make sure I would still get the trade in value credit, and he assured me I would. SO now three months later when I finally receive all the paperwork to do the Tax and title paperwork since I am out of state buyer I have to use a OOS title company, they are telling me I can not use the trade in credit due to the two different names. I asked this to selling agent and he assured me I could. Now I am going to have to pay over $2000.00 in taxes due to me trading my camper in at a lesser value than what I could have sold on my own. I have contacted the title person for the company several times and they advised me they would get back to me with a conclusion. Yet I have not heard back from them nor are they taking my calls.

We had decided to move forward if they could get the numbers right. They kept refusing to show us the paperwork and kept changing amounts of what they said. They had my credit card to run a deposit once we agreed on the paperwork. After a few days of waiting and no paperwork sent, them being shady, we told them never mind. Come to find out, they already ran my card when they said they would not until we signed the paperwork, and now, more than a week later (after saying they refunded it), they have not returned our money and are ignoring our messages. We will be filing with legal on the base, our lawyers, the Better Business Bureau, all Chambers, and all news sources.

Customer was due to pickup a camper they willing put a non refundable deposit on. Pricing had already been agreed upon via phone and the paperwork was prepped and ready for the customer. Approximately one hour before they were due to pick up their camper, they called requesting to cancel the transaction. Even though we paid a technician to prep their camper so they could immediately use it for camping, we refunded their full deposit and the transaction was voided. This refund receipt was even emailed to the customer. Our pricing is always transparent as it's even listed on our website.

We would have left the original review as such, but since they want to distort the sequence of events and place blame on us, here's some more truth! We NEVER agreed on the selling price. We agreed on a monthly payment "contingent on the paperwork" assuming they were using the selling price in negotiation to lower monthly payments, which I have text message about. We never once were allowed to see the paperwork. They were supposed to email them to us for review and never did. After they juggled the monthly payment, we asked what the final selling price was, and they said it was never changed. Hmmm...what were they juggling to make such drastic changes on the monthly payment? Also, as far as the down payment, it was also "contingent on the paperwork", which we NEVER saw. They said they wouldn't run the card until we signed the paperwork. I have screenshots of all of our text messages back and forth. They can lie all they want, but I have it in writing. For example: I wanted the monthly payment at $250;mo max. Quote from Sales Rep 1 via text "I think you're good at 250" just to have Sales Rep 2 hit me up at well above $300 which is NOT what we agreed on. Quote from Sales Rep 1 "We won't run your card at all if they aren't meeting your offer, for sure". Quote from Sales Rep 2 on December 15th after they ran my card anyway on December 13, "The card being charged was my fault, if anyone's." Quote from Sales Rep 2 after we backed out of the sale, "As for the paperwork, I'm happy to send images of it over to you now if that helps." Then, regarding the refund of the deposit that was charged without authorization: On Dec 18, quote from Sales Rep 1, "Our accounting lady isn't in today, but I passed your email to management and they assured me it will process tomorrow, if she didn't already do it Friday." Then Dec 19th, quote from Sales Rep 1, "My gm told me it's done. It was done today." I requested proof of refund on December 20 and again on December 21 with no result. THEN, we left the review on December 22 and got a phone call IMMEDIATELY from Sales Rep 3 attempting to process the refund. She claimed they weren't able to find the original charge because it was in my name instead of my husband (uh...same last name)...yeah, not buying that for a second. After the phone call, the refund was processed and proof of refund was emailed to us...with the processing date of December 22. I have texts, call logs, and emails to prove everything in my review! Buyers beware!!!! P.S. face to face conversations were also shady. For example: Sales Rep 2 told us a warranty would only add $8 to $10 per month to our payment, when it was well over $50, in reality. Everything from start to finish was just...weird. The only thing that felt right was when Sales Rep 1 showed us the campers. He was cool and that was actually a good time. But when others got involved, it began feeling like a back yard, shady Craigslist deal. We will add screenshots on our Google review, so check those out!
