Nex Gen offers a service of stem cell rejuvenation for back pain. I went for a consult on 5/11/22 and they show you a video of all these people with excellent results with their back pain after the procedure. They charge $6000 out of pocket. Of course, they say no guarantee, but they assured me that I would get relief from my pain. They have a six-week plan that starts with them drawing blood and putting in a machine for stem cells they then inject 6 places in the back. The following week you go for physical therapy then again, they draw blood and inject your back. They third time you go the cut into the side of your knee without any medicine and drill into your bone for bone marrow and take a huge needle to inject into your back, The entire time there is a chiropractor there telling the Dr where to place the needle in my back. They assured I would get results and that it would continue to get better with time. In my case i got no results just additional pain. My knee and leg have swollen, and I am in a lot of pain. I went to the office and the chiropractor said this was normal. Well weeks later I am still in pain and called my orthopedist and now will have to have a CT of my knee. Not only am I out the money I am also in pain that I was not in before. These people are preying on others pain and not producing the results they are telling people they will get. I have spoken with 2 of my doctors and both shook their heads. My ortho Dr said he has seen 4 patients from this procedure and one of his colleges has had 2 with bone infections. I would like my money back but also, I want others to be made aware of this scam and it is a scam, and they are promising results for other things like neuropathy and bone on bone knee to avoid knee replacement.

    NexGen
Healthcare LLC offers joint rejuvenation services and neuropathy treatments. The
patient issuing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau was seen in our
clinic on May 11, 2022 presenting with complaints localized in his right
shoulder and lumbar spine. Our medial doctor’s best recommendation following the
patient’s consultation, exam, and x-rays, were to deploy platelet rich plasma, alpha-2-macrogloublin
and bone marrow aspirate containing stem cells into the patient’s right
shoulder and lumbar spine. Our chiropractor recommended different modalities to
include acoustic compression therapy, NexGenix, e-stim, and ultrasound to the
patient’s right shoulder and lumbar spine respectively. These recommendations were
based on the notation of the body’s ability to heal itself. The patient elected
to proceed with care on May 11, 2022 for the patient’s lumbar spine and right
    shoulder. The patient expressed
presence of improvements on June 7, 2022, and stated they “felt good” per documented
    notes.
