Wilson kia ripped me off, played me in my face. I went there for recalls on my 2013 Kia Soul. While I was there I told Chase that I wanna know if my engine is good or bad because I have a certain amount of money and if it's bad that I will buy me a car. The tech pulled a spark plug, and said I need plugs and an valve cover gasket leak (oil). Theb2 told me my engine was good, said why would you buy a car or an engine... Gave me an invoice with all the things I needed to get done. I chose the engine repairs, oil leak around the pan, and a couple of things in the wheels... when they finished my car I hadn't drove it for an hour, it jerked and the check engine light started BLINKING, i lost speed immediately... I pulled over, checked the oil it was fine. Called Kia like 50 times and no answer. I headed back up there driving 20 miles an hour on the hwy, the whole way. When I arrived at Kia, Chase and the tech told me that my engine is going out and there is nothing they can do about that. Blamed it on 4 cylinders. My car was running fine, before they touched it...had speed .... I have no car now, I'm on the verge of losing my job... couldn't get to work today. I have no food in my house and can't get to the store. I just want my $4,000 back... I've been crying every since. ??

Wilson Kia is a ripoff because I traded and purchased a 2020 for a 2024 telluride on November 22nd. They were supposed to pay my old vehicle off but 2 weeks later, this still didnt happen. In fact, my lien holder drafted the December payment because Wilson Kia did a bombed job of sending the check to them. I call the ** to only be offered her sappy apologies, a free tank of gas and a free oil change. Further, she didnt call me not at all. She emailed me instead to say a check had been sent to the right lien holder and I cant get my funds back until it clears, as if I caused this ordeal. I wished that I hadnt purchased or traded my 2020 with them but followed my first mind and took it to the Memphis dealership. So tell how long does it take a check to be delivered overnight. Especially when supposedly they sent it 2 nights ago.

******, I am very sorry that this happened. Our sales consultant abbreviated the bank and therefore the check was sent to the wrong lender. I do show that your bank has processed our check and closed your account and refunded you your money and as I stated this morning to you we have cut you a check that is being picked up by you on Thursday. I am very sorry that this happened but people make mistakes sometimes and all we can do is fix them! Have a great day ****** Wilson Wilson Kia General Manager

100% scam of a place. They will lie to you over the phone, to your face, it doesn't matter to them.

Mr. ****** has only been in our dealership this one time. Kia does not show records of him being at a Kia dealership where they would have pulled recalls due on the vehicle. He advised he has had his 2016 Kia Soul serviced at Walmart. Walmart would not have access to manufacturers recall, nor could they perform them if they knew about them. We advised Mr. ****** what we would change to check his car, over the phone. He agreed to the charge and gave us the backup information we needed to prove it in case he disputed it. He was told by our Advisor that he should have the warranty extension on his 114,000 plus mile vehicle. However, our Advisor did not know at the time that Mr. ****** had been having his car serviced at Walmart and did not know about the recall that would have qualified him for the repair. We did the testing, which is a 2 hour job, and did not charge him for it. We only charged him for the agreed upon diagnostic fee. We hate he feels this way, however, had he taken his car to a factory dealership, he would have known about all the recalls and would have been covered.

First and foremost, it is K i a's place to notify customers of ANY manufacturers recall which NEVER happened. Outside of the UNAUTHORISED charges of $200.00 and the COMPLETE LIES, customers can see by your responses that all you do is blame the customer for your failures. JUST read, this is what they do. They do it in p e r s o n, they do it here, complete scam of a dealership. Go to their F B and say anything negative about what they are doing and you will be blocked in a snap of a finger. I will not let this rest until people see what they are doing. Don't let that A+ rating here fool you, they are paying dearly for that so they can continue to fly under the radar and scam people.

I have been trying to get my car repaired at this location going on about 3-4 months and they have yet to give me an official answer on what is exactly wrong with my car. No one never calls to update me on anything, so I took the initiative to call. I’ve literally been getting the run around and being told, it’ll be ready this day, that day, give us a call at the end of the day, or try again after 24hrs. I recently found out my car has just been sitting there since mid February and no one has looked at it, up until 2 weeks ago, yet still no one knows what is wrong with my car. This is highly unacceptable!

I call about my telluride and speak to the girl that answers the phones for the service department. I state it’s in the shop and the front axle is busted and I need to bring there bc it’s under warranty. She ask how many miles and I tell her she goes we can’t get you in till August. I said excuse me? Then I need a loaner. She said we don’t do that. Very rude girl! I can’t go without a car for a couple months. She states and? She says and that’s to diagnose it in August then they still have to order part and work on it so I don’t know how long it will be. Ridiculous!! I get a friend the next day to call about a similar problem to see when they can get it to be diagnosed and she states no warranty, this same girl gave her an appt next week. Now you can’t tell me they don’t treat people with warranties bad! This is wrong and something should be done! I will tell everyone to avoid KIA.

    ******,
We are booked out until August for appointments due to the mass recall on the older model vehicles that is out right now. I believe when you spoke to ******* she stated you could drop the car off before then and we would get you squeezed in before August! You can absolutely drop it off with us and we will get you worked in! We do not currently have any loaner vehicles available due to the vehicle shortage but Kia consumer affairs will reimburse you if you got a rental due to your issue being under warranty. Please give me a call at ************ and I will be happy to talk to you about dropping it off so we can get your vehicle looked at for you!
    Have a great day!

I love how on everyone’s comments about yalls service yall have someone to respond to try to prove the customer wrong! Just like with mine, stating y’all would squeeze me in, that statement is FALSE!! Lindsey said I could drop it off and it will sit there until my appointment, NEVER once said squeeze me in! About getting reimbursed, I’ve read all about how that works and how people have the hardest time getting reimbursed and most never get reimbursed! I found the part, got it fixed in less than 3 days! It’s funny you stating to squeeze me in when I had someone call about the same issues and for y’all to diagnose it, they could get in the next week but me with a warranty was August. Your story doesn’t line up!!! I will continue to report y’all to corporate and let everyone know of how bad yalls service is.

Wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT buy or sell a car to Wilson Kia. I sold my car on 4/28/2023 and have yet to receive payment from Wilson Kia. They claim they cannot pay me until they "receive title to the vehicle" Yet they have already sold the car? Seems fishy to me that you can't pay me for the car I sold you without title, yet you're so confident that the title will clear that you can sell the car? Makes absolutely zero sense to me. I have sold many cars and worked with many dealerships, and it has never taken a month to receive a payment for selling a vehicle. Stay away!! If you must buy a Kia, buy literally anywhere else.

    *********,
I am very sorry that you felt led to leave this review after my team has tried tirelessly to explain to you how this process works. Like we told you today, yesterday, and multiple other times we cannot give an equity check back until we have the title of the vehicle from the lienholder. It is the lienholders job and legal duty to furnish the title to us and they absolutely will. Once they furnish us the title, we will cut you a check for your equity in the vehicle purchase asap. Without a title, a vehicle is useless to a consumer, lienholder, or dealership for that matter. This is why title loan companies purchase titles and not vehicles. As a dealership, we are legally able to sell a vehicle that has a title coming from a reputable lender because they are required to furnish us the title within 60 days of cashing the payoff check and we are required to furnish the new lienholder a title within 60 days as they understand most customers have a payoff and dealerships have to mail out a payoff check to the prior or current lienholder. I hope this explanation helps you have a better understanding. This is a standard process for dealerships across the country and at our dealership this is and will continue to be our process.
    Have a great night,

I purchased a BRANDNEW from here I was sold bad tires the belts were broke in two tires and I called the dealership they told me it’s not covered but I can pay for a warranty I couldn’t risk me and my children’s life so I went to a Walmart to purchase new tires and as the tech were taking the tires off they burst from weakend sidewalls upon arrival I’ve only had the vehicle two months I always wondered why the vehicle drove rough I did notice the low quality tires but no one could help me only trying to sell warranty for tires this is neglect on their behalf and the manufacturer I’m very disappointed bc no one is trying to help the dealer told me to call the manufacturer but I feel that’s their job I gave money to the dealer so they should deal with it

    * *******. I purchased a Kia Forte 2022 end of May 2022 and although the sales person was nice. when I went to pick the car up my price went up. I was told I had a 100k warranty but was not informed that it was powertrain. One of my major complaints with this location is that I live in TN and bought this car there in Flowood, MS and apparently the dealership did not calculate the correct taxes so I don't have my tags or registration for my vehicle yet. The clerk of court in my area in TN mentioned they have been contacting Wilson Kia but have yet to get a return call and asked that I try. I did try and have been tryng for the last several weeks to reach someone however no has never returned my call regarding this matter and I realized that when I have called recently my call goes to a voicemail with no return call so I called from a different number and they answered. When I mentioned who I was and why I was calling they immediately transferred me to someone's voicemail and again no response. This is the worst customer service ever. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!

    ********,
Thank you for your review and thank you for doing business with us. I pulled up your deal and you purchased a brand new forte so you do have a 5 year 60 complete coverage warranty and a 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warranty on your vehicle. It sounds like we did a poor job explaining to you that you do have warranty coverage on your vehicle and I apologize for that. Our out of state titling process takes about 30 plus days as lots of customers are coming from out of state to purchase vehicles due to our pricing being cheaper than the Kia's in their state. I will have our title clerk call you today so she can get your titling issues handled so that you can get your car registered. Our accounting office is separate from our main location and has their own number which would be why you would need to be transferred to them. I will see to it that this gets handled immediately and you will have a call this afternoon from our title clerk.
    Have a good day,
    Thanks,
