Eventhough they are transferring companies; this purchase was amongst my worst. I purchased my vehicle on 23 Mar 24 and to date, 24 Apr 24, I am still without my vehicle registration/tag. I was not provided a temporary tag OR an even close to full tank of gas. I was overcharged for sales tax and with all those negatives, my purchase has been the absolute worst. I have not been offered not even a free oil change or any type of declaration that they should have done better. I have been without a tag for the past month and Infiniti has done NOTHING to try and resolve this...sending a temporary tag while paperwork gets processed. I had 30 days to return my vehicle and it was seriously considered and this is not the way one should feel after making such a huge purchase. Then to add insult to injury, they do not seem to care about customer satisfaction or care. Again, I am without a tag so travel in my new vehicle is not something that I can do. Unacceptable. I still await my promised gas card from a month ago. Tell me why this could not have been resolved in some type of gesture to show that they are concerned for the POOR customer service, satisfaction, and care. NO gas OVERCHARGED sales tax NO tag - so vehicle should not be legally driven With all of this, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I could understand better if they were trying to offer something for all of the troubles that I have encountered, but they act like this is acceptable. It isnt and I am highly displeased.
