Sorry, we have to exclude personalized mugs and books for refunds.  No questions asked on the other though, although we will be curious (If you volunteer the info, it will help us improve)! You are responsible for the return shipping charge so be sure you really want to return an item. Package products along with all tags/documents and the Return Form and send to: MogoBox (attn.: Returns) PO Box 6173, Diamondhead MS 39525. Your card or store account will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
