    Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of purchasing ANYTHING! I purchased a vehicle from them in May 2024. Less than a week of purchase it blew a head gasket. They offered to pay to tow it and fix it. After it had set at the shop for 2 weeks, they decided to tow my car back to their lot to "fix" it themselves because they were not pleased with the quote from the shop. I was not notified that my car was towed back to ** for almost 2 weeks! I call twice a week for an update on progress. The manager ***** was giving an excuse every week on why it had not been fixed yet. It is now DECEMBER and ***** will not speak to me or call me back about my vehicle. It has been in their possession since JUNE 5TH 2024, 6 MONTHS!!!!

    Had a car financed in January it is now October still no title have received excuse after excuse called the state and they have sent out 2 complaint forms and still received nothing. Plates are coming up in January and won't be able to drive the vehicle anymore but still gotta pay for it. On top of that the vehicle has burned oil ever since we bought it.
