If I could give less than a one star I would. I had tires placed on my 2014 Camaro in March of 2023 at around the cost of about 450.00 for mounting and balancing (2 tires) and on May 2023, I was driving my car when the front drivers tire came off and went through the woods and darn near totaled my car out (thank goodness I wasn't on the highway because it could have been much worse) . I spoke with a ***** at Southern Tire Mart and he reassured me that he would meet me and look at my tire to see what may have happened. He never showed up, he started avoiding my calls and now I'm stuck with the huge bill of fixing my car and possibly my insurance going up. Do Not give them your business!!

The customer called and ordered two tires for her Camaro. When the customer got to the store we discovered that someone had installed aftermarket wheel spacers on the vehicle but did not install longer wheel studs to make sure to have enough threads for the lug nuts to fasten properly. The customer was made aware of the situation and was told there were only three threads holding the nuts to the wheel. We recommended taking the spacers off and replacing the wheel studs. The customer requested not to take the spacers off and did not want new wheel studs installed. The customer has an invoice for the two tires that was installed and notes were put on the invoice stating that we advised her of the problem and told her it was not safe to drive the car without installing the correct wheel studs. It also states that the customer refused to take the spacers off or replace the wheel studs. This happened on 3-24-23. Over a month later she has a problem with her wheel becoming loose and causing damage. We talked to her multiple times and went and looked at the car last Friday. After looking at the car, she still had the wheel spacer on the car and has not changed the bad wheel studs.
